Where can I sign up?
You can sign up to Studio Natura by clicking here.
What is the difference between points, rewards and tiers?
Points go up and down as you earn and spend them. Rewards are redeemable items based on the amount of points you currently have (ie 620 points allows you to redeem a free sandwich). Tiers are based on the total amount of points you have earned since joining Studio Natura, not your current point balance.
How do I earn points?
You earn 10 points for every €1 you spend by scanning the unique QR code when visiting us in store, or by logging in with your loyalty account when checking out via our website.
How do I redeem rewards?
Simply scan your card at the till in-store and our team will redeem any rewards you have available.
Where can I check my points balance and tier?
Where can I see what rewards I have ready to redeem?
You can check if you have any rewards by clicking our SN widget and logging into your loyalty account. When checking out online, you will also be able to see and redeem rewards.
Do my points expire?
Your points will only expire if you don’t scan your at least once per year. We will send you a reminder 1 month before, if you are due to lose your points.
Do I stay in a tier forever once I reach it?
From the date you join, you have one year to earn enough points to stay in your current tier. If you do not earn enough points by the end of that year, you’ll be moved down to the tier you qualify for based on your points.
